Total Kitchen remodel, installed can lights, cabinets, center island, and gas cook top with downdraft ventilation.
Installed Brazilian Koa flooring in both Kitchen and Family Room
Inside of a 16 X 20 office /conference room (AKA pool house) build by SCAR from foundation up. Water and sand resistant cork flooring installed.
Special vaulted ceiling to accommodate the half moon window fixture and the ceiling fan in the pool house.
The brick, decking, and lighting was performed by SCAR.
A partially completed outdoor kitchen. Each window opens with a pneumatic lift for guest shade while sitting at the bar and allows access to the chef, beverages and food inside.
The land had to be cleared, leveled and then the hot tub relocated to this location. The deck was built around the hot tub and has trap doors to access the control panel. The pergola was added for shade on hot summer days.
Multi level deck with wide staircase facing the location of the upcoming pool which was to be installed.
The deck has a cut out for the grill yet to come.
This walk-in cooler was installed at the Ft. Leavenworth bowling alley. It required a foundation / slab and an entrance for inside employee access.
